2. A leader is a risk taker. A leader is not afraid to risk something if he believes on the action that he will take. In business, risk takers win the battle because they are willing to take the steps even it may mean harm.

3. A leader is decisive. It is important for a leader to decide on the matter with strong conviction. He is not easily drawn away by people's opinion. He decides on the matter with his judgment not basing on others.

4. A leader is open and flexible. A good leader is willing to be taught. He sees what ideas to accept and what to reject. He changes his mind if he sees there is a strong reason to accept the idea of others and change decisions.

5. A leader accepts defeat. In business, you do not win at once - that happens rarely. It takes many times of starting and losing. A leader accepts his failures and learns from them with all diligence.
